| Description: | Winfred Hyatt (1891-1959), the principal stained glass artist for Bryn Athyn Cathedral and Glencairn, produced hundreds of original cartoons and sketches, and did most of the glass painting on the final windows. He was involved in the Bryn Athyn stained glass project from its inception before World War I until his death in 1959. The stained glass studio (known as the “glass house”) was located in the garden house of Cairnwood, the home of the Pitcairn family. |
